Gamifying Soft Skills
for the New Workforce

Get Better

"The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership."

Leaders want to build organizations that stand the test of time. In this process, the most important resource for such leaders is: their People.

These people can either drive the leaders, and in turn the organization, to scale peaks or if not trained properly, they can run organizations into the ground.

And yet, less than 2% of the workforce is trained to reach their pinnacle. What if all people in your organization could be trained to get better and unleash their potential?

Skills that Matter

"We hire for hard skills. We fire for soft skills."

We are all taught hard skills during our formal education. But turns out, what really propels people to success is Soft Skills. 85% of a person’s success comes from soft skills! And yet, these are the very skills that are not being taught!

A tiny handful of the workforce goes on to develop these skills. But what about the others? Can you imagine a world where everybody was proficient at soft skills?

An organization packed with an inspiring leadership, a compelling sales force, an industrious operations team and a management with an eye on the future is a force to be reckoned with. It will thrive under any circumstance, market or environment.

The key to developing such an indomitable organization is developing soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, leadership, emotional intelligence and the like.

About Us

"We are serious about having fun"

Monal Jaiswani
Founder
Monal conceptualized LeadUpp with one simple belief - everybody has potential; sometimes all people need is a little push. At the early stages of her career, she had the opportunity to work under great leaders and learn from them. This experience opened her eyes to the transformation that imbibing the right skills at the right time can bring.

As a result, she spent the last two years studying the skill gap, analyzing learning methodologies, understanding learner behavior, and finally, building experiences that make people want to learn. For her, LeadUpp is about reaching out to as many people and making a meaningful difference in their lives, while making it a fun experience.

In terms of her education, she is a Chartered Accountant and has completed CFA Level 3. Prior to LeadUpp, she worked at Standard Chartered Bank and Larsen & Toubro, India's leading infrastructure company.
Our Pillars:
There are four pillars that hold up everything we do at LeadUpp:
  • Equal Access:

We strongly believe that every individual should have an opportunity to learn. Access to quality training should not be limited to top performers.

  • Design for Impact:

We strive to design training programs that push learners to get better. We show them the impact learning can have and motivate them to keep learning.

  • Skill for Life:

Our focus is on building experiences that deliver life-long learnings. We thoroughly believe in the power of soft skills to impact all facets of life.

  • Make it Better:

We never stop thinking about 'how do we make our programs better?'. We are constantly listening to our learners and looking for ways to improve our games!
